Where is my data stored?
All your data — notes, transcripts, plans — is stored locally on your device. Nothing is automatically uploaded to the cloud or stored externally.
Is it safe to use AI with client information?
Yes. When you use the AI assistant, only anonymised data is sent — names and identifying details are removed. We don’t store anything online. The data is deleted immediately after your response is generated.
Is Knots free?
You can use Knots for free with up to three clients. No credit card, no commitment.
Do you offer discounts for students or training programmes?
Yes — we offer education discounts for students and institutions. Get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Is it available in other languages?
Not yet — Knots currently supports English only, but we’re working on multilingual support in the future.
