After finishing a session, open the bottom Three-dot menu and select Add report and Add Progress note.

Progress notes are generated only if a transcript exists. Knots creates a short recap automatically — a quick way to track client progress.

You can export or delete progress note any time.

AI works only when a transcript is available.
